Can i bring my own food and drink ?
No, we have lots of food and drink choices on site, keep an eye on our socials as we announce our chosen vendors. If you have any specific diety requirements please contact our socials and we will confirm if we have provisions for your needs.
Are children allowed to attend ?
Yes, of course! Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Does my under 3 go free ?
Yes of course they do! We love to see little party animals!
What does VIP get me?
VIP’s get…Fast Track Entry, Dedicated VIP area to the side of the stage with posh loo’s, private bar, increased drinks selection including cocktails, food options available, golden circle access which is at the front of the stage.
Are dogs allowed ?
Yes, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. We will have water facilities available by the front gate for them, please remember to pick up your poop please!
Is parking available ?
Yes we have parking across the road from the actual site, please follow signage and drive carefully. Parking is
charged at £5 all day for festival goers only.
Instructions for drop offs ?
The will be an on site drop off point, please follow signage on site and drive with care and do not stop on the main road.
Can i bring chairs or blankets ?
Yes chairs and blankets will be allowed on site, you will be asked to not sit close to the front as this is a standing event. There will be a dedicated chair area behind the dance floor area, please follow signage and stewards.
Are the bands real ?
They are real bands of course but they aren’t the actual bands, but they do a pretty good impression as we only book the best!
Can i buy paper tickets ?
No.

Can i get a refund if i can’t attend ?
No sorry! We will only refund tickets if the event is cancelled, you can sell your tickets on to others though.
Can i sell my ticket on ?
Yes, you just need to give them the QR code for entry, please beware of scammers though we cannot be held responsible for people selling tickets on and scamming people.
Can i leave and come back in ?
No sorry! We operate a no pass out system in the event of public safety, we may make exceptional circumstances from time to time, for urgent reasons.
What’s the weather going to be like ?
It’s looking bright all weekend, it will get nippy on an evening so please come prepared.
What’s the bar system ?
We run a token system on the bars, this means you will be required to purchase drinks tokens to then use them at the bars, we do this because of safety of money on site and also internet signal on card readers can be poor on site so we find having our internet signal in one confined space works better. You can use cash and card to buy tokens, cash tends to be a lot faster.
What time will thing close ?
Token booth will close at 2230, the bar will close at 2245, please be mindful when buying tokens and only buy what you need. Music will stop at around 2300, food stalls will serve until 2300 and rides until 2245.
What food and stalls are on site ?
A good selection of street food vendors including loaded fries, noodles, hog roast, burgers, sweet treats and much more!
Can i use cash and card at the stalls ?
Yes.
Coming as a family ?
If you are coming as a family or with a minor we have a dedicated family and under 18’s lane, this lane is wider to keep families together, our aim is to keep the family lane at a steady pace incase little ones are getting a bit grouchy. Under 18’s will be given a different coloured wrist band so they can easily be identified at the bars and also around site should they become detached. We ask all parents to write their phone numbers on the inside of their childs wrist band just incase they do get lost. Our lost children will be on the right hand side as you enter the site with our great medical team who are highly trained and qualified to deal with these type of situations, so please keep your phone on loud and fully charged just incase we need to contact you, your children’s safety is our priority.
How much are drinks?
Drinks range from £3 for soft drinks, £6 for spirits and pints.
